Structural Functionalism

             Upuan is a chair referred to the executive chair either local or national,Tao po, literally translated is "person" + po which is a Filipino word signifying respect this phrase is normally used when you go to another house that has no doorbell so we yell "tao po" a gesture for the person inside the house that we either want to go inside, or ask them.The song that I chose entitled "Upuan" by Gloc 9 is all about the situation of our government and reflects the actual situation and the state of each Filipino family in our society.The other politicians are abusing their power and positions just for them to get what they want and some of them taking the money of the citizens just to their own needs. A lot of us don't know how to fight for our rights and because of that the more they abused their power.Each one of us has his or her right to fight for our beliefs. We need to unite to stop the corruption in our country for us to prevent the poverty and for the good for our country.

                   Having a corrupt leader has a big impact in our society because it goes on homelessness, hunger, and poverty and because of that our country will facing a big problem and facing a big problem it takes a long time to resolve the certain issue and the other problems will be ignored and that will also cause a another problem.

Social Conflict

            Corruption is the main idea of the song I chose because of that issue many of Filipinos are homeless and dying due to hunger.The other people think that there is no hope for them but the truth is they don't know what their rights is.Without knowing your right has a big impact in our society because they will rule the country that full of corruption.

Symbolic Interaction

              Selfishness is the cause of corruption and because of that abuse of public resources of other people a lot of us are suffering of poverty and hunger.The most affected in this situation are the poor people because of that they can't afford school fees or even the food to eat. The corruption also hits a lot of organization that helping our fellow citizens to provide their needs because the funds for the certain organization is also

Filipino Culture in Films

The Filipino film was started in the Philippines on January 1, 1897 introduced by Moving Pictures and after that various of films came out and nowadays people valued the films because it has a widest influence to the public because of its ability to display emotion and situations to the viewers but some other Filipino prefer to watch international movies because of some other reason but for me we need to support our own films for us to promote our films.

         Me And The World History



  Without people there's no what we called society and without society the world is useless.
 November 26 was the signing of peace of agreement of the French Huguenots & Roman Catholic.
I was born on November 26  and I chose this as my significant life event because being a Roman Catholic it is important to us that peace will spread in the whole entire world for us to be in peace.

-way of thinking of a particular person in its self

- it is the relation of the people to each other.

Reflection 

     For me the study of sociology is very important because it highlights the study of human behavior  of the society.  As a person it helps me to understand what's going on in the society I'm leaving in and to how I can adjust for me to be able to "fit in" in the society.

 

Expectation 

My expectation about the class is that they will cooperate in every class discussion and participate in every activity and I hope that they will be polite to the teacher and hoping that the teacher will show fairness and equality to every student all the time.

Suggestion 

My suggestion about the subject Society And Culture With Family Planning is to have  a interesting activity that every student will cooperate.
